Proper nutrition - Health

Many diseases and ailments are caused by adverse nutritional factors.
- Poor digestion caused by a lack of stomach acid or unsatisfactory production of digestive enzymes.
- Food intolerance or food allergy, arising due to the regular consumption of irritant foods.
- Deficiency of nutritional substances due to disruption of the process of perception of nutrients included in food products.
- Toxic overload, leading to the inability of the body to remove poisonous substances.

Today there is a paradoxical situation: on the one hand, food is an indisputable condition for the life of the organism, but at the same time modern, high-quality food is regarded by nutrition experts as the main risk factor for health! The so-called civilized food consists of refined products, too rich in fats and calories. In such a diet unreasonably little space is allocated to natural raw plant products. In addition, in the food range, you can hardly find at least one food product, which would not have been added to the dubious additives for health - preservatives, fragrances, pigments, etc. In addition to them, the body receives substances - pollutants of soil, air and water. All this leads to a worsening of metabolic processes, as a result of which toxic substances accumulate in the body. To maintain in the body of life they must be rendered harmless and removed. This work is often very burdensome for the body, it does not completely cope with it. And as a result, the processes of absorption of nutrients, waste utilization deteriorate, the elimination of toxins and exchangeable toxins is inhibited from the body.
Among other things, harmful substances increase the body's need for vital, essential (irreplaceable) nutrients. Do not forget that essential nutrients come from food, because the body itself can not produce them. And for a long time already it has been noticed, that deficiency of alimentary substances does the person sick. In this respect, a typical example is a deficiency of vitamin C, which inevitably leads to the development of scurvy (scurvy). True, most nutritional substances do not have such a vivid symptom of deficiency, but their lack is the cause of numerous health disorders, which at first can hardly fade and not cause anxiety, but in time will turn into serious ailments.
Now experts have no doubt that "on the conscience" of malnutrition of the disease of the cardiovascular system, calcification (calcification) of the arteries, high blood pressure, myocardial infarction and apoplexy. To this list, you can add a metabolic disorder, which is the cause of gout and sugar disease (diabetes), as well as cancer, rheumatism and a number of other diseases. Take, for example, the hobby for fatty foods. Few people think about the consequences of this habit, although the science of nutrition fat (especially saturated animal fats) refers to a serious risk factor for the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases and certain types of cancer. Another equally common habit - steeply salted food - increases the risk of increasing blood pressure and the occurrence of allergic reactions.
Lack of time and stressful situations often lead to the fact that modern people do not follow the principles of healthy eating: rushing to crack down on food, eating too much, while only creating the appearance of providing the body with a whole set of nutrients. And the result is getting excess calories and disrupting many vital functions of the body. The consequences of malnutrition are exacerbated if a person abuses medication, nicotine, alcohol. Add here a lack of movement, stress, inadequate rest, overload, not compensated by relaxation, and here you have a well-fertilized soil on which the diseases of civilization flourish, violating metabolism, digestion and the activity of the cardiovascular system.
